Streaming In-flight Entertainment on our new A321neos
Our A321neos come equipped with the latest streaming in-flight entertainment system. Guests seated in Economy and Extra Comfort on this aircraft must bring an Apple iOS device, Android device or supported laptop. You must also download the Hawaiian Airlines App or Hawaiian Airlines Entertainment app prior to boarding.
Please Note: The Hawaiian Airlines Entertainment App is different than the general Hawaiian Airlines App. Both Apps will be able to access streaming in-flight entertainment, but we recommend the Hawaian Airlnes App for optimal performance.
Mobile Device Instructions
Before your flight
- Search for the Hawaiian Airlines App or HA Entertainment/Hawaiian Airlines Entertainment in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Download the App to your mobile device from iTunes and Google Play
- Bring compatible mobile device to your day of flight. Compatible smartphones include:
- iPhone 5 or newer
- iPad Mini 2 or newer
- Android device running OS4.4 or later
Note: This app will only work within the A321neo when the WiFi signal is ON. This will not work outside of the aircraft.
Once Onboard
Note: Internet Access is not yet available on our flights. Guest will only be able to access movies and TV in our onboard system.
- Connect to the network signal named: HawaiianAirWifi.
- Once connected, Click on the begin browsing for entertainment.
Troubleshooting tip: If you're not seeing the HawaiianAirWifi network, ensure that Wifi is toggled ON.
- Choose from movies and TV available for purchase.
Laptop Instructions
Before your flight
- Ensure one of the following browsers is on your laptop:
- Chrome 47-61
- Firefox 43-56
- Safari 8-11
- Internet Explorer 11
- Download the latest Adobe Flash Player (version 24.0 or higher) to your browser of choice. Adobe Flash Player
Once Onboard
Note: Internet Access is not yet available on our flights. Guest will only be able to access movies and TV in our onboard system.
- Go to Settings to look for and then connect to the Wifi network signal named: HawaiianAirWifi.
- Once connected to the network, open the internet browser and type in: hawaiianairlineswifi.com
- Once type in, guest should now be able to browse movies and TV shows.
Elite Benefits and how to access IFE on the A321
Pualani Platinum (PT), Pualani Gold (PG) and Premier Club (PC) members may directly access their complimentary In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) benefit for the "Unlimited TV & More" Package by entering their member card information on the payment screen within the HA and HA Entertainment App.

How doguest know ifthey need the app fortheir flight?
Guest will receive an email notice 24 hoursbeforetheir flight,plus a reminderwhenthey check in. A321neo service begins January 2018 on select flights between North America and Hawaii.
Can guest connect to the Internet during the flight?
Internet access is not yet available on our flights.Guest willbe able to access only the movies and TV in our onboardsystem.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch running iOS9 or later
Androiddevices running Android4.4 or later.
What ifa guestdoesn't have a supported device?
Ifa guest has a laptop,they can bring it anddownload our browser extension duringtheirflight. Once on board, visit HawaiianAirlinesWifi.com. Technical requirements for laptop access:
- AdobeFlashplayer (version 24.0 or higher). Help with Adobe Flash Player.
- Supported browsers: Chrome 47-61, Firefox 43-56, Safari 8-11, IE 11
- MacOS X 10.10-10.13 or Windows 7-10 (Windows 8 must be in desktop mode)
If guest are seated in the main cabin or Extra Comfort andthey don't have a mobile device or laptop,they won't be able to accessin-flightentertainment.
Do First Class guest need to bring their own device?
No, First Class guest do not need to bring their own device. They will be provided an in-flight entertainment device.
