Skin Care Tip: When it comes to your skin, you always want to treat it gently. One simple, but effective way to do this is to wash your face using baby washcloths instead of regular washcloths. Baby washcloths are very soft when rubbed across the skin.
Skin Care Tip: Always apply your cleanser directly to your skin using your fingertips. Massage in small circular motions, rinse well and wipe over the skin using facial sponges or a baby washcloth. Don’t apply the cleanser directly to the sponges or washcloths as you’ll waste too much product.

Is the sponge sapos to be used before or after I rinse off my cleanser? And is it the same for morning and night routine?

A sponge should be used after your skin is washed to give a final wipe to the skin. Yes, the same for morning and night.

I’d say every 6-8 weeks you might want to use a new one. Drying them occasionally in sunlight is good to destroy bacteria. And let dry upright on its side, not on the flat part so it can breathe.

I am currently using the sponges. They have transformed the way I clean my face. About how long does a sponge last, if used nightly?
