I was a walk in so I knew it was a hit or miss. And even though they were booked solid, I was fitted in and accommodated with a professional trim and style. Best of all, I was treated with attentiveness and not rushed. I have not always had the same stylist and the end results have been to my satisfaction. Tram gave me a great cut and perm. My former stylist retired and it was hard for me to go to someone new but I needn’t have feared. She was extra careful to protect my skin against the chemicals. The cut was as short as I wanted. And she was pleasant to be with. Will go back for sure.Perms,Haircut
